What's Not Included

Airfare

International and domestic flights to and from Edinburgh, Scotland. Guests are responsible for arranging their own air travel.

Airport Transfers

Transportation between Edinburgh Airport and your hotel upon arrival and departure. Taxis and rideshare services are available.

Additional Meals

Lunches and dinners not specified as included in the itinerary. Daily breakfasts and seven group dinners are provided.

Beverages

Alcoholic beverages, specialty drinks, and refreshments purchased separately throughout the journey.

Personal Expenses

Souvenirs, shopping, laundry, telephone charges, and other purchases of a personal nature.

Travel Insurance

Trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and emergency travel coverage. Guests should arrange suitable protection before departure. Confirm insurance requirements with the organizers.

Optional Excursions

Independent activities or excursions outside the scheduled itinerary, including the proposed boat trip to Fingal's Cave, unless otherwise confirmed as included.

Hand-selected hotels throughout Scotland, including Edinburgh, Oban, Iona, Mull, Skye, Lewis, and Inverness.

Meals

Daily breakfasts and select group dinners, including our welcome dinner, a special evening on Iona, our Summer Solstice gathering, and farewell dinner in Edinburgh.

Private Transport

Private ground transportation in two vans, including drivers and fuel.

Island Ferries

Ferry transportation between the Scottish mainland and islands.

Site Admissions

Entrance fees for the sites and attractions included in the itinerary.

Sacred Experiences

Ceremonies and spiritual experiences, including the Summer Solstice ceremony at the Callanish Standing Stones, forest bathing in Rosslyn Glen, and explorations of Celtic and Magdalene traditions.

Intimate Group

A small, intimate group experience, limited to 11 guests, accompanied by Kristina, Lisa Marie, and two drivers.

Island Exploration

Visits to Scotland's sacred landscapes, including Rosslyn, Iona, the Isle of Mull, Isle of Skye, Callanish Standing Stones, Clava Cairns, and the Fortingall Yew.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before March 15, 2027: All payments made, excluding the $800 non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

  • Cancellations from March 15 through April 15, 2027: Guests will receive a refund of 50% of payments made, excluding the $800 non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations after April 15, 2027: No refunds will be issued.
